Developed by Capcom, this game was launched in 1998, which provides a competitive fighting game experience based on 2D gameplay. This game is the third installment in the series of Street Fighter Alpha games. You would witness a new addition of various characters compared to previous games, and you would also get many options, game modes, and some bonus features. Fei Long, E. Honda and Blanka are some of the characters who would make a comeback to compete in the World Tournament. Cody and Juni are some of the new characters you can initially play, but you can also discover other playable characters as the game progresses.
When you play this game, you won't find traditional modes like Auto mode and Manual mode, which were present in this series's previous games. Instead of various methods, this game has adopted the approach of providing you with different playing styles you need to choose from. A sum of three different styles is available to you, known as isms. A-ism is the standard playing style in which you can acquire super combo moves and a three-level super combo gauge. There is only one level of super combo gauge available to you in X-ism playing style, and you can only acquire one super combo move. V-ism is the third style in which you can perform many unique moves, but super combos are not accessible.
