The game begins when few high school students sign up for a website known as Nicaea. This site claims to be a dead face delivery site and creates a fake video that shows friends being killed. But soon, these videos are not just pranks, but they are predictions. The students get caught up in disasters consuming Tokyo and presumably the world. Communication is unreliable, and networks are jammed, but the Nicaea app allows the user to summon the demons from their cell phones, and with their help, they try to save humanity.

The Free Battles allow the player to practice and mace the demon summoning without the time strain. In fights with the computer, AI players have to defeat enemies and fulfill some objectives. In the three versus three battle phase, the player controls one human and two demons. If the player attacks the enemy's weakness, then he gets an extra turn. When the player's health is at zero, then the game ends. Apart from the combat, the player can explore the country. There is a fate system in which the player has to develop relationships with other characters. If the connection is stronger, then the character also becomes effective in the battles.
