Yoshi's Story came after the critically acclaimed game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island for SNES. It reintroduces the Mario formula and with a sense inventiveness. Yoshi's Story is more of a children's game. It's simple, colourful and charming in every part of its presentation.
You get to know the Story of Yoshi's in the style of a pop-up storybook. The gameplay is somewhat similar to Yoshi's Island. Yoshi can throw eggs, ground pound, do flutter jumps, extend his tongue, and more. Although this time Yoshi cannot just recover Baby Mario, he will have to take the damage, and if all of his life is lost, then he's dead. If the player dies, then there are also reserve. You can revive the fallen Yoshi's, and if you lost all Yoshi's, then the game is over.
All the Yoshi's are living together happily and always joyful due to the super happy tree. Baby bowser becomes jealous and casts a spell to change the island into a pop-up storybook. He steals the Super Happy Tree, making all the Yoshi's gloomy. Six eggs are yet to hatch. Confused about the miserable condition of their world, the baby Yoshi's understands that something is wrong. So they take upon themselves to bring back the super happy tree and restore the happiness of their world. On the way to Baby Bowser's castle, Yoshis pass through the six pages of the storybook, facing six different areas of the island. After reaching the court, the Yoshi will fight baby bowser, and after defeating him in the end, all the Yoshi's will gather around the tree and sing happy songs.
A video game emulator is a program that allows the player to play a console-released on a computer. The emulator simulates the function of the original console (here a Nintendo 64) that will enable the player to play the game.
This game is available for N64 emulators. For windows and android, you can play this game on Project64 emulator. RetroArch supports cross-platform so you can play on Windows, MAC, Linux.
