It is a 1997 video game initially released for the arcades. It's the second title of the Rampage game series that was later ported to Nintendo64, Game boy color, PlayStation, and others. It is a fast game as compared to the previous title, with more mayhem to wreak. The three monsters are back: Ralph the werewolf, Lizzie the Godzilla, and George, the gorilla. They climb up the buildings, and the choice of foods or power-ups is vast in this game that includes lamps, poison, couches, tanks, planes, flying jets, and more. The story starts with the three characters who got mutated into monsters. They get angry at the company that produces the materials that are mutating them. To take revenge, they start destroying everything that comes in their path. The player takes incharge of one of the three monsters and goes on a dangerous journey. The beast goes over 100 cities of the world and hence the title: World Tour. The player has to destroy the Skyscraper, restaurant, and any building nearby in the various stages. The player can replenish health by eating people along with multiple food items. The basic goal in the game is to destroy all Scum Lab facilities responsible for the mutation. Once the player beats the Scum Lab facilities, the character flies over to space to play some last levels.
The game begins with George, Lizzie, and Ralph released from captivity because of an explosion. They start to destroy the Lab and kill the employees. In the last level of the game, the CEO of Scumlabs, Eustace DeMonic, turns into a monster to fight George, Ralph, and Lizzie, but he gets defeated. The only surviving employee of Scumlabs, Dr. Elizabeth Veronica, tries to kill the monsters with a ray gun on her spaceship. Instead of killing them, it transforms them into a miniature size, and they get on her ship and defeat her.
