MAME4Droid is one of the most popular Mame emulators for Android. It is developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco) who released the source as an idea to help other emulator developers. Although it requires a bit more advanced system configuration, MAME4Droid can run almost all games available for Mame. The only downside of the emulator is the lack of option to save and load state.
