Project Tempest was the first Atari Jaguar emulators. It can emulate most of the Atari Jaguar games, some even with sound. It requires high performing configuration to emulate it, which was a problem in the early 2000's because systems with processor higher than 2+GHz were a bit pricey. This is not a case anymore, so you can use Project Tempest for free today without a single problem and care.
